Six weeks have passed. Along with the many phone calls we’ve made to Next in an attempt to hurry them along or, at the very least, give us a more specific date for delivery. We are yet to receive any form of contact from Next. We’ve been chasing the whole time.
At the end of week 5 we were told the sofas would be ready by the end of week 6. Fair enough. We were told between 5 and 6 weeks so that’s perfectly acceptable. Buuuut at the end of week 6 we’ve been told they still aren’t ready as there are some issues with the chair that could delay the delivery. Nothing specific, mind. Just issues.
